Saan Boards Private Limited has established fully computerized plant for manufacturing Electrical Grade Insulation pre-compressed Pressboard at Niwai (70 Km from JAIPUR on N.H.11) in India in 2008.

We are manufacturing Pressboards in Sheet form in various thicknesses. We mainly produces all types of high density high elasticity insulating Pressboard which the size of 2200mmX1160mm, and a wide range of machined components suited to specific Insulation requirements of customers.

Our cellulose based board is available in various densities and manufacturing methods – calendared, hot-press-dried, corrugated or laminated structures. Our product is conforming to different specifications of Bureau of Indian Standards and International Standards, viz., IEC 60641-3-1 (B-3.1), JIS C 2305, DIN 7733, BS 231-1975 & IS – 1576 _ 1992.

We use cellulose based unbleached “electrical grade” softwood pulp as raw material along with pure water constitutes the basis of Pressboard.

Saan Boards Pvt. Ltd. uses latest technology and follows strict quality control in the selection of unbleached softwood pulp, pure water and other raw materials. We have well qualified and experienced engineers to produces international standard Pre-compressed Pressboard.

We produce 100% non-metallic particle free pre-compressed Press Boards, our Press Boards length is in Machine Direction which gives our Press Board extra strength for Strips, Spacers and other Components used in transformers.

Chairman & Managing Director

Mr. Abdul Hakim Kagzi is the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Saan Boards Private Limited. Mr. Hakim Kagzi has more then 25 years experience in paper industry. With the help of dedicated and talented team members Saan Boards is achieving new heights in Insulation Pressboard industry.

The Saan Boards Private Limited has a strong presence in Middle Asia, besides India. It has focused business activities in the field of Insulation Pressboard and its Components.

Mr. Hakim, joined his family business (Handmade Paper) in very young age with his father’s and got the best of management exposure in all disciplines of Business Management.

In 1958 his father Late Mr. Abdul Sattar achieves first class degree in paper machine operative course from Handmade Paper Research Institute Pune, India. He was educated from Rajputana University in 1952.

Mr. Hakim’s Grand Father Late Mr. Abdul Gani was also well known social worker and main pillar of Handmade Paper industry in Kota, Rajasthan.
